Succotash PRIME is a progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner Edward Lee brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified, and passed from generation to generation for centuries. Our “Succotash” is special to us and we invite you to experience the South from our point of view.

Great experience. For the past several years, I have been coming to Succotash for my family Thanksgiving dinner. Great food, excellent customer service, and atmosphere. Looks forward to eating here next year.

Delicious food. Great service. Only complaint was the seating. Even though there were many open tables we were seated right next to another table that was very close. We had to move our tables over a bit to give some place next to the couple next to us. Felt very cramped

We love the food. The Taste of South set includes a big portion of different types of food. They are great tasting. Really enjoy the dinner at Succotash.

This is my new favorite restaurant in the city. The ambiance inside is absolutely impeccable with all of the soft natural lighting. Our server Leonardo Q was the most polite, knowledgeable, attentive server I’ve ever had and represents the brand incredibly well. Next time I go back I’ll be asking for him specifically. The food was amazing and I had the best White Russian ever made. 13/10 experience!!

Our group of 4 really enjoyed the family style brunch option. We found it to be a great value, and rest assured, they provide adequate portions for everyone to not only try everything, but to also leave full. Our server and the bartender were both very friendly and personable, we all enjoyed their service. We ordered a range of cocktails and not one person was disappointed with their selection. The food menu is chock full of familiar comfort foods with a little twists, just enough to give them some extra character without straying too far from the original. I think I’ll be adding Succotash to my list of go-to brunch spots!
