Succotash PRIME is a progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner Edward Lee brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified, and passed from generation to generation for centuries. Our “Succotash” is special to us and we invite you to experience the South from our point of view.

Be sure to keep checking in to see if your table is ready, or they will forget about you. I had a 8:30 reservation and didn’t get seated until 9:08, only after I went up and asked. Our table had been ready upstairs and our menus were sitting there ready to go, but no one sat us until after we asked about our table one final time. Food was phenomenal!

Great and fast service by our waiter. The food was amazing. The filet mignon was prepared exactly as I asked and the crab cakes went well with the meal. I would 100% return

My family and I had a fantastic brunch on Sunday. The service was great and portions for each of the dishes was enough. We ordered the Taste of the South menu and fully enjoyed the fried green tomatoes and chicken and waffles. We ate fans of Edward Lee and believe the restaurant is a true testament to his craft. We will be back and recommend to friends in the area.

I enjoyed my brunch experience here. I got the pecan sticky buns (although they were more like cinnamon rolls) and that was delicious. The french toast was good and the bacon was phenomenal.

All aspects were outstanding except for being way overpriced in my opinion. $15.00 for water and $8.00 for two cups of coffee. Server was great except kept trying to sell/add on additional food at crazy prices. We shared everything and price was still over $130. Totally unexpected. But really a nice evening and great food.
