Succotash PRIME is a progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner Edward Lee brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified, and passed from generation to generation for centuries. Our “Succotash” is special to us and we invite you to experience the South from our point of view.

We chose Succotash for our anniversary brunch and they made the experience quite enjoyable for us. I noted on the reservation it was an anniversary brunch and we were greeted with both a congratulatory card at our table and free appetizer/dessert samples during our meal. The server was extremely friendly and the food was excellent (we ordered the Taste of the South that featured their delicious shrimp and grits plus chicken and waffles). Couldn't recommend more.

Food and cocktails at succotash were incredible and a great value! It was a bit loud in the restaurant and there were no seats at the bar and we were sat in the middle of the restaurant so it was a bit difficult to have a conversation with my date

Hangover special the pulled pork was chewy and dry, the mashed potatoes under seasoned. But the wings I chose after was really good . Drinks were a little bland to be honest. My friend said her chicken sandwich was ok. But our server was wonderful.
