Born out of the ultimate partnership between world-renowned Master chef Fernando Trocca and mixologist Tato Giovannoni, SUCRE opened its doors in Dubai’s International Financial Center (DIFC), bringing a distinct Latin American flavor and passion for food to Dubai. Sucre is a story of immigration. A conversation of Latin American and European influences, open fire cooking cranks up the volume on seasonal ingredients. With an ever-evolving modern menu, our dishes are the results of open fire cooking, marrying charcoal and wood and carefully sourced fresh ingredients. Our menus are best enjoyed sharing style or traditionally.

An outstanding meal at a beautiful restaurant. The short ribs, tuna tartare, quinoa salad were delicious ! . The service was excellent and attentive. The menu has many more dishes I would love to try. We will be back !

Great food and experience. We went for Dubai Restaurant Week and it was the best meal out of all of the restaurants we tried. I will definitely return.

The place is nice, the staff were nice, the food average, but what is not acceptable is to claim the price includes tax/fees (dubai restaurant week) as all other participating restaurants z but then add it to the bill. Thats cheap cheating
