This celebrity gathering spot treats guests to a one-of-a-kind experience serving upscale dining classics from brunch to late-night ranging from decadent crepes to flavorful milkshakes, gourmet burgers and more. Signature treats include a number of celebrity-endorsed Couture Pops, smoking Goblet Drinks and candy infused cocktails. The retail section will offer a selection of the company’s signature treats andmerchandise, including the world-famous Couture Pops. The service was good and the staff were really nice. But the food is terrible. It looks good, but here presentation is everything and the food is very very bad. The wraps for the fajitas were dry like cardboard. The burger bun was very dry. The fried Oreo was cold and dry. Everything was either very bland and tasteless or extremely dry.

We went to Sugar Factory for my birthday expecting it to be the lively atmosphere like the one in Miami and was very disappointed. It was so quiet that we had to ask the to turn up the music. Our waiter was so great though, she gave recommendations for drinks, food and where to have fun later that night. My food was okay, I needed to doctor it up to eat it, it was better as leftovers. I had the Mimosa Flight and it was a waste of money. The drinks were weak and not that tasty. I would try this particular Sugar Factory again, but maybe at night.

The food was not great. The quesadilla could have been cooked longer and the fish tacos fell apart as soon as they were picked up

We celebrated my daughter’s fourth birthday there. Service was quick. The food came out hot. Drinks were sweet and mixed to perfection. My server Lee was super friendly, entertaining and helpful. We really enjoyed ourselves. Only downside was the fact that they made 10 of us wait outside until the entire party of 15 came and it was a pretty warm evening.
