just keep in mind there are children dining as well and it is call the Sugar Factor our waiter was very pleasant and polite his job became little busy the food is delicious I had the fish sandwich fries and onion rings all was warm and delicious wasn’t much of a wait for our food the strawberry milk shake was delicious as well order smart and your bill will be tolerated good portions of food and the drinks I say around me where huge and decorated with lots of candy & edible decor

Es la segunda vez que trate de visitar el lugar era el cumpleaños #9 y mi niña me pidió volver hice reservación desde 10/11 llame al lugar hablé con el manager y expliqué que viajábamos desde 45 minutos para poder celebrar y que quería asegurarme que fuera en el pink room como ellos le llaman ! El manager mencionó que no era garantizado y que aria lo posible 🙂pues al llegar al lugar reservación para 8 personas 4 pm tuvimos 4 minutos de retraso y llamamos para avisar pues al llegar 4:04 nos dijeron que el pink room no estaba disponible desde que nos paramos , le expliqué que llame etc . Las chicas de enfrente dijeron que no que lo que había era arriba que fuéramos a ver si queríamos en fin subimos tomamos la que tenían preparada que era enfrente de la escalera y no pasaron 5 minutos en estar allí y mi niño quería usar el baño cuando lo llevó sorpresa el pink room tenía espacio y nos dijeron que no luego vimos que empezaron a lllegar personas no hispanas y si los sentaron en el 🙂 en fin no vuelvo jamás y no lo recomiendo si eres hispano parece que el dinero de uno no vale !! Al reclamar a la joven solo dijo que elllos estaban haciendo su trabajo 🙂🙃 cabe mencionar que el camarero que nos tocó si nos dio muy buen trato pero las jóvenes que reciben al cliente no están muy interesadas en que si todos tengamos una bonita experiencia con lo caro que es 🫣

Very disappointed went for brunch with a handicapped person and elevator was out Then meal served cold and a key ingredient missing with the monte Cristo so they gave me strawberry compote .. sent back.. very sad was looking forward to a great day bit was not meant to be..

Made a 5pm resy and got there a little early. We were told it would be a few minutes, no problem. Went back to the hostess stand at 5pm and was told it would be another 30 mins. Wtf is the point of having a reservation? I read all the reviews ahead of time and knew it was coming - there was another group of 12 that ended up walking out, multiple other groups followed suit that had resys. Our waitress once we got Sat was great, food was avg - you aren’t there for food, the desserts were off the charts good….wish you could just go there for that! Their drinks suck for the price.

We had a fabulous night celebrating! The restaurant was decorated beautifully, the staff was wonderful and the food was delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

Our reservations were at 8 PM. We arrived five minutes early. Didn’t get seated until 20 minutes after our reservation….. once we did get seated. No one came over for a while… then we get our table to moved so we end up waiting 30 minutes for our drinks to arriv…. Throughout the whole thing it was waiting game… it was my birthday so it did not feel special at all… I just think they have too many guests... Not enough workers. Food was 10/10

Kids love going there but the food is so overpriced for what it is and the service is always absolutely horrible. It has so much potential but just falls short everytime
