The service was horrible. There wasn’t that many people there in our waitress kept saying oh sorry for the wait sorry for the wait. It took forever just to get water little on the drinks and food. The food came out wrong. The french fries were cold and so was my tacos. My mom’s fish and chips were sticks as if they took them out of the freezer and fry them. I will probably never go there again.

There were no colored pancakes and a very limited menu as compared to what was advertised online in the OpenTable app. Should have said what was available

Both my wife and I had a goblet drink, my kids had milk shakes, and we had really good food. Very good food and drinks. Happy new year!

The food is great and we love it however the service wasn’t good. The waitress would disappeared for a long time after she went to double check on a question we had.. it took her 30 minutes!! Then the order we got was incorrect when I asked to have something put on the side and yes we want to keep the sauce but then it came out with nothing on the burger!! Toward the end I asked for a to go cup for the milkshake. She forgot and we waited for over 40min.

Luckily the food is yummy! We visited Sugar Factory during our stay at Foxwoods. We had made reservations especially because we were not sure if it was going to be super busy with it being the holiday vacation week. Our reservation was for brunch at 11, when they opened up. It was surprising to see that they started to set up opening at 11. I would think if they opened at 11, all the opening stuff would have been set to go. So, we had to wait and there was a line building behind us. The lady, who ended up being our waitress, was at the hostess desk and doing something on the computer, while another employee (the manager?) was setting up holiday displays. She said do it later to the hostess and then we were attended to. After we were seated, we enjoyed the holiday menu offered, which had a couple of specialty themed breakfast items, but we did not receive brunch menu that offered more breakfast items, so we thought they were not available. We all ended up choosing lunch options. The holiday drinks were in fun mugs and delicious but a bit pricy for the size! The drinks came out quickly, within 10 minutes of us ordering but the food order took so long. When the server came with the tray, we were noticed that our order was incorrect, so before he took it off the tray, we stated that we ordered the chicken sliders and not just tenders. Maybe he grabbed the wrong items. The were soon delivered to our table and were very yummy. Our waitress did come by a couple of times, but we waited chunks of time to get our food and then to get our bill. When we finished eating, we had asked for to go boxes so we can take some of leftover food home. The waitress said they did not have any boxes. For the price we paid, we should be able to take some home. How do you not have boxes or something else.We not impatient people but there were only a couple of tables with occupants that the wait should not have been like that. We are hopeful that our next visit will be better and as delicious!

Open table allowed me to make reservation at 10pm for my sons birthday on Sunday 12/29 at the Foxwoods location but the restaurant closed at that time. Bartender was unbelievably rude and practically threw menus at us ( we came in 20 min early to sit at bar) I was so appalled we got up and left. We will never be returning.

Spent way more time waiting than eating. Waiting to order, waiting on food, waiting to order desert, waiting for desert, waiting for check. I understand they were very busy but felt because I was a small table of 2 I was forgot about

We’ve eaten here several times but last night was disappointing. We sat for 30 minutes before I was able to get the managers attention and ask if someone could help us, and then when a server did come over it took another 30 minutes to get our drinks and an hour to get our food. The food was ok but a little cold. They looked short staffed, and I sympathize but I had made a reservation ahead of time and it made for a disappointing birthday. I was looking forward to having one of their outrageous desserts but didn’t want to wait around more, so we left. Will definitely consider trying another restaurant in the casino before we come back here any time soon.

We had an excellent waiter serving us. Very pleasant experience and fun atmosphere. Food was great and filling. Fries are killer.
