America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, will open its doors at its new Las Vegas location at the Harmon Corner Retail Center, located on the 50-yard line of the famed Las Vegas Strip, a unique destination with retail, restaurants, and shops for all ages on Wednesday, Sept. 1. The family-friendly, world-famous celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will have three stories of indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up goblet bar accessible from the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave, a whimsical candy retail store, and gobelt bar!

Really terrible service and they add a 20% gratuity regardless of party size. Took 15 minutes to see a waiter and another 10 after to get waters. No check in during the middle of the meal. May have just been a result of it being New Year’s Day in Vegas as I’m assuming there were at least a few call outs, but seemingly no impetus to try to do more than the bare minimum. That said, the food was really good and our kids were thrilled with the over the top milk shakes. Would have been a much better experience with just a little bit of the basics.

The milkshakes certainly made our kids smile. Service was slow and the restaurant itself was underwhelming. For the cost of dinner I think I expected something different. We were seated upstairs and I thought the seating layout itself was odd. Fake (non-dairy) whip cream was used on all milkshakes and desserts which is generally something you would see at a much less expensive place.

I think they were possibly understaffed. It took quite a while for anyone to greet us even for drinks, and we did have a reservation. The staff was very lovely when we did get a server. The food was just okay.

There is nothing positive to say about the experience. The food and milkshakes were hardly edible, in fact they were gross and expensive for the quality. The restaurant is dirty. The furniture is in poor repair. The candy store, the big attraction is closed for “restocking”. The location is terrible. I would absolutely tell you to put your effort and spend your money elsewhere.

Staff and service were both marginal. Food was marginal. Drinks were marginal. For the price that you are paying for food and drinks it should be phenomenal but it definitely is NOT. I noted on my reservation that it was my daughter’s birthday and they did nothing. My husband ordered a plain drip cup of coffee that came out half full and cold-he asked for a refill and they told him he would have to pay another $7 for a refill. We would not come back as there are other restaurants far superior in the area.

Super disappointed. The heater was on way too high upstairs and staff said they couldn’t fix it. The bathrooms were worse than a gas station bathroom. Cleaning logs on wall completely blank, no one was tending to the bathrooms at all. Drinks came out after we were done with our food. Food took 40 min. Desserts were quicker but staff served it to us with plastic spoons. The furniture looks abused and old. Very expensive experience for a really poorly managed spot. Ownership needs to audit and make adjustments to staffing/management. I would appreciate a refund on our night there.

Typical Vegas. Waitress forgot 2 orders. Meals arrived 20 min apart so we don’t eat as a family.

The food was delicious. The buffalo wings and sliders were perfect. The only downfall was the ambience. We were seated upstairs and it was warm, smelled like sweat and armpit. It sounds gross, but I’m just being honest. They need to turn the AC up or have some type of scent for upstairs. Also, the restroom had no hand soap.

Service and waitress were terrible. Mandatory 20% tip is egregious given that the service was bad, we should have the right to tip what we want. Slow, never brought drinks we were charged for, 30 minutes, waiting for tortillas to go with fajitas. Food and ambience were great. Just need to clean out the staff and get some new ones.
