Sugar Factory Orlando features delectable dinner selections. This celebrity favorite is sure to satisfy any sweet-tooth craving. Signature treats include famous Couture Pops, smoking Goblet Drinks, candy infused cocktails, and the one-and-only King Kong Sundae. We also will be serving brunch on Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM. Reservations are HIGHLY recommended for any day that you are wanting to dine with us.

Food came out and a lot of people were missing plates including the birthday boy waiter over a hour for a burger that wasn’t crazy at all

The place looked really fun, the atmosphere was party like. However, after waiting 20 minutes to sit we were told they were out of flat breads, sliders, onion rings, spinach dip, and a few other items. The lack of communication before we sat was disappointing. There was nothing else we could eat and had to walk out with our family which was super embarrassing for us. We had our kids with us after a family day at ICON Park. Had we known about the large number of menu limitations, we could’ve chosen another dining location. Our server was super sweet and understanding. Just over all very poor customer communication and we wound up just eating Taco Bell.

Reservation was at 6:30 pm. We waited for 40 minutes for a table. It seemed that the people who approached the host would get bumped ahead of others. Many people who arrived after us were seated well before us. Food: took forever! Looking around, many tables didn’t have food either. Food quality was well below par. The loaded fry variety was decent but not enough to go back again. Fried Mac and cheese had a really weird and bland taste. We ordered the pasta marinara with no cheese or basil. Just pasta and sauce. It came out as normal and had to be sent back. What was given was luke warm. But my son enjoyed it. My husband and son said the men’s room was disgusting. The women’s room had an overly clogged sink. Atmosphere: has a fun vibe. The music is louder than most places and gets even louder for special celebrations. it adds to the fun vibe. But, none of the songs playing are edited and the songs were very explicit. The ONLY thing that was good was our server. She was very nice and helpful.

To be honest. We didn’t even stay to eat. We walked in to the candy shop that looked like it was going out of business. The shelves were either empty or just a few pieces scattered about. Then entering the dining area there was a strong smell of bleach. We sat down and noticed the bench was dirty along with the floor with a table that was wobbly. At this point we decided to leave. There were only 3 other tables with people. I would not recommend this place.

This location has to be on the verge of shutting down. They were out of at least 25% of the menu items. The venue itself was run down, dirty, and felt abandoned. The food was adequate. Nothing special. The best part was the service. I can’t recall his name, but he is far too talented to be at this place.

It was an amazing birthday dinner with my family and friends. Had a great time and the food and drinks were super good. Definitely recommend coming here!

Run down, didn't have any of the food or liquor we wanted to order. Food was cold. There wasn't enough menus or servers to go around. Bathroom was broken and dirty.

Where to start? I came here a few years ago and absolutely loved it. This time, not so much. To start, we had to wait “in the candy shop” until our table was ready (we did have a reservation). Over half of the lights were out, the candy containers empty and the shelving bare. It looked like they just had a liquidation sale. We finally get seated (there were 6 of us). We only get 3 menus as they don’t have enough for the restaurant. We go to order. Over half of their special “Christmas” menu is unavailable. Okay, we go to order the steak quesadilla. Out of steak. So we got the chicken (which was pretty good). Another person in the party ordered the soup. It got delivered cold and she got a plastic, disposable spoon as they don’t have enough spoons in the restaurant. The kids order the cutesy, non-alcoholic drinks. They are out of the advertised gummies so they just threw whatever in. The only good part of this visit was our server. She was an absolute gem and super kind and helpful. The management of this restaurant should be under review- what was once a fun and vibrant spot became a shell of its former self. We will not be back to this location.
