Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New York with their new Times Square location. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats is set to open in New Yorks famous Times Square.

Waited 45 min past our reservation to be seated. While we were waiting, a server spilt ketchup on my daughter. All down her back and shoes. Didn’t offer to help clean her up or say sorry. Finally got seated and waited an hour for food. Food was cold. Worst experience ever. Will. It go back and do not recommend!!

The place looks great. It’s easy to get great pics of decor. The punch bowl style drinks are fun. That’s all. Everything is exceptionally overpriced and terrible quality. Pop in for a drink, take your pictures, find good food and service elsewhere!

Are server was not friendly and the food was not that great. I will say we had a sugar factory speciality drink and it was good and neat!

The food was not worth all that it cost, the menu is limited and does not actually give you what is written out or pictured. The drinks were amazing and the waitress seemed to be new because of her lack of knowledge; however, she still did a great job!

Booked for family with 2 Teenage Daughters. They were surprised I had booked there. Lots going on and was a fun lively experience. Staff very attentive, quick to order- Food was lovely although my husbands food he had ordered which was a burger the bottom of the bun was rock hard even cutting with a knife was hard work. He still ate it and said was a good burger but left the bottom . We didn’t have any cocktails as we had only just arrived from the UK and extremely tired, would like to try again. it’s a fun place to be!

Nice ambiance, server moved my table twice to accommodate parties coming in. Prices are high for the food to be mid. Music was good, kids enjoyed it but nothing like what I expected

The food was cold when it arrived at the table. Then I ordered a dessert and they brought me another more expensive one when I didn't order that.

I was very disappointed with our experience at this Sugar Factory. The drinks were great, but the food was disappointing. We had to send back chicken and waffles for tiny bones throughout. The waitress was not happy about it, and our service declined after that. There was no mention of the birthday we were there celebrating, even though it was stated on the reservation and verified at check-in. Would not go back to this location again.
