We had a reservation at 7:30 and did not get seated till after 8pm, they were out on a lot of items on the menu which is totally fine, just let me know before replacing something I ordered without asking. Waitresses was not to helpful, out of 9 of us 2 of us didn’t get their food till we were all done waiting to pretty much pay. We made sure to mention it was my son and nieces birthday for there birthday celebration you guys do at the end and they did not receive that. The ONLY helpful people that made my son and nieces birthday was the photographer, Thank you for that.

The food is quite pricey for the quality. The lemon pepper chicken wings were decent, but the French onion soup was awful. The cheese wasn't even melted on top. I understand the location which is why the prices are crazy, however I wish the quality was better for the money that was spent.

Ambiance was amazing , food was delicious and was out in a timely manner . Service was great. We were there for brunch and not crowded at all! We will definitely be returning . Prices are cheap compared to other restaurants in the time square area. 10 out of 10 , 5 stars! We can’t wait to come back and are looking forward to the dinner menu. :) oh btw my girlfriend had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch French toast and eggs Benedict , she loved it and said the hollandaise sauce was delicious . I had the deep fried Oreo cheesecake pancakes with a side of sausage . For drinks my girlfriend has the rocks teremana tequila signature goblet and I had I sprite lol (dont drink alcohol )

It was not a great experience. All three items we ordered had issues and we were there for over two hours for an appetizer and two desserts.

Went there for my granddaughter birthday. Food is terrible. Every thing was too expensive! Would never go back. It is definitely not worth the money. I would have enjoyed McDonald’s more. Drinks not worth it.

The waitress, Ainel, was terrific! She is kind and sweet. However, the food was horrible. It was so greasy and not fresh. I was very disappointed! I do not recommend.

They didn’t have the stuff to complete the drinks in the photo? So what is the purpose of going I spent $200 on wings and one drink that they can actually do. The server was nice but forgot my son simple drink. They sang happy birthday and I just left. It’s overpriced, the food is mid, and they don’t even have what they advertise online ?

Great overall but the disappointment for the kids and adults - with no duck on all our rainbow slider ordered was super high especially as the slides were less than half eaten. What a waste of money!

This was my worst ever Experience ...The hostess Forgot she told us to wait for seating ...So we was just standing there ....Then the Bartender Never brought our drinks ... The Quesidas were tasty but the Shrimp alfredo was too heavy & thick ...no parmesan cheese.The calamari was not fresh...The Mac & cheese poppers were awful.... Wouldnt Recommend!!!
