Over all the experiance was good. The food was a little bit lacking but the potatoes were amazing. When I read the menu and saw pancakes and french toast I was really excited so I was disappointed to find out that they were only serving the breakfast buffet so you basically just helped yourself and only spoke to the staff to pay. It was nice but it couldve been better.

We visited before a gig at the SSE Arena Wembley, the place was quiet when we got there. The light foods were very tasty. I was however disappointed when I visited the loo. I am disabled and walk with crutches. When I used the disabled loo I found it being used as a stock room. It had a table umbrella, a large pack of loo roll (about24 maybe) a sign that would be put out front, A mop and bucket and a few other things, I would have taken pictures but I left my phone on the table . I was very glad I did not use a wheelchair as I am not sure I would have been able to get in had I needed a wheelchair. I can but hope this will be a one off event as other than that it was a most pleasant occasion and the guy manning the bar and delivering food was very nice indeed.

Really slow service. Table not ready and then just wiped tablecloth saying he couldn't get new one as it was in laundry. Waited 25mins for our drinks, hour for food which was basic and not worth what we paid. Really poor service. Asked ingredients due to allergies which was then dismissed and actually had on the plate what I was allergic too. Would not recommend at sll

Service was poor and food not good. Staff were very busy. Not one person came to ask if everything was ok even when food was left on plate. Had to ask for the bill several times. Had to go and buy food else where as people were hungry

Visited before show at Wembley and an ideal location as only 10 min walk to Stadium. Greeted by very friendly staff who continued to check that we had everything we needed regularly. Had very tasty burger followed by eton mess which was amazing. Good value for money given the proximity to Wembley. Inside furniture a bit dated but the only negative I could find about this gem.

A limited menu due to Wembley event but still had a good range of options. I had the salmon which was really good, followed by the apple crumble with cinnamon ice cream which was excellent. Definitely recommend the food. The staff were very polite, considerate and made sure we were looked after. Only fault was that we were sat next to the busy kitchen door - not sure why we were sat there when there was other tables available.

Had a fabulous meal here - it was the event day menu but had good choices - we shared nachos to start followed by mushroom risotto for me and chicken burger for my friend - portions were good sizes and the food tasted fresh and lovely. The cocktails here were also excellent ! With lots of unique ones to try. The staff were refreshingly fantastic - despite it being an extremely busy night for them they were attentive , polite, happy friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy there job - they didn’t rush us off the table either- and nothing was too muc( trouble - I highly recommend Sugar Mill

Not what we expected from the webpage, more like a 90’s restaurant in decor. However the staff were welcoming and the restaurant was clean - although the toilets were right in the middle which was a bit odd. Menu was limited, not necessarily a bad thing, and the food came quickly. Salmon was over cooked and there was only a spoonful of coleslaw with the burger, no salad to speak of Staff were over attentive during our meal to the point of being irritating. Quite expensive for what we had, but I suppose these are London prices, so probably good value

The location was great as we were going to a concert at Wembley but that’s about it. The food was below average standards. My friend ordered the chicken burger which arrived uncooked in the middle. After sending it back a replacement arrived in under a minute that was so over cooked you couldn’t even cut through it. The restaurant is small and lacks any atmosphere would not revisit.
