The beautiful Shops and Gardens of El Paseo is home to Sullivan’s Palm Desert. Whether you’re returning from a day downtown or a peaceful nature excursion, a bit of shopping and happy hour or dinner at Sullivan’s is the ultimate grand finale.

Toast with one of our craft cocktails, whether you’re partial to a blueberry lemon drop or a smoked rosemary and orange old-fashioned. Then, kick off your meal with a plate of spicy shrimp eggrolls or our classic Caesar salad.     Service was good. Manager very understanding. Problems in the kitchen. Orders came out late. My York Strip was ordered medium rare, but came out well done. Returned it, came back medium rare but that steak was full of grissle.

    We ordered The lamb chops , lobster Mac cheese, steakhouse mushrooms, NY steak, banana pudding, all was great and the service was amazing

    Reception is terrible. Had to wait even with a confirmed reservation. Food ok but service bad. Dont bother. Lots of better places. Wont go back, of course.

    All food served were COLD. The service was slow and not trained well. Kitchen was out of control. Never again.

    Wife and I Went on Valentine’s Day to Celebrate Love and Each other, instead ended up leaving annoyed and mad. Reserved a 7:30pm Patio Dining and we’re stuffed inside. About 10 mins later a server finally came, another 10 mins to get our 1st drinks. 20 mins to finally get an order in. Forgot to give us bread, our app came another 20 mins after ordering, around 8:45 came and server informed us our steaks have barely touched the grill. Thats almost an hour and half after arriving. He apologized and was sorry for the wait but we informed him we decided to leave, wife was utterly upset, frustrated and annoyed and was upset the whole ride home, Vday was ruined and went to bed early.

    Went out for Valentine’s Day dinner. Ordered filet and lobster ad our main dish. Filet was lukewarm and lobster was raw. Asparagus was cold. Bread came out literally ice cold, like it was frozen. For dessert we ordered bananas fosters which was also cold. Expected a really nice dinner but disappointed for what we paid.

    It was a bit loud so hard to have a conversation with a bigger party. Our waitress also was not the most attentive and messed up our bill at the end.

    The service and food were not worth the price the waiter was not good at all. Just not a great experience during Valentine’s Day. We will not come back.

    This was my first time, dining here, and I have to say that it was truly a lovely experience from walking through the doors… so much ambience, and very elegant in its presentation. Not only did everything look lovely on the menu, but it tasted just as delicious as it sounded. The service was lovely and I would definitely consider coming back here again for a special occasion.

    We always dine at Sullivan's when visiting Palm Desert and we're usually delighted with the overall experience. This time (Feb 13th and our anniversary) was a bit disappointing. Both of our filets were tasteless and tough. Very unusual for Sullivan's. After mentioning this to our wait person, she mentioned it to the general mgr who came right over to apologize. She also comped our wine, which was most appreciated and thoughtful. Regardless of this slight hiccup, we'll always keep Sullivan's as a special dining venue.
