Sullivan’s is a vibrant neighborhood American Steakhouse featuring the finest steaks & seafood, hand shaken martinis, & live music. We offer comfortable fine dining in a lively atmosphere. From the moment you step inside our lounge for drinks, appetizers or dinner, you will feel the energy and excitement provided by our professional team. Sullivan’s serves the finest Midwestern hand selected steaks aged a minimum of 28 days, simply seasoned and broiled at 1,200 degrees, fresh seafood, a wide selection of cravable appetizers, soups, salads and side dishes. Our desserts are house-made daily. Our Wine Spectators "Award of Excellence" wine list offers an array of selections from around the world.     30 minutes late getting seated then 1 hour ask my waiter if he was my waiter he hasn't checked back on me didn't offer us another drink and we told him we needed a different person then the lady that took over was great

    Excellent overall experience with outstanding customer service and delicious food. Our waitress was helpful in general and knowledgeable about the menu. Wonderful culinary experience.

    Front and back of house team struggled with a busy Christmas Eve service, food was nice enough but hope they are able to do better next time.

    We had a great time at dinner! Waitstaff was great! Melody was very attentive and friendly! She made sure we were taken care of. Chef Craig was fabulous!! He came by our table a few times to make sure everything was good. Thank you Chef Graig and Melody and all of the peeps at Sullivans!

    Had a 7:00pm reservation but was told when we checked in it could be up to a 30 minute wait. Luckily, we were seated about 15 minutes later. We placed our entree orders about 7:30p. That was the last time we heard from our server or anyone else for the next 45 minutes. No drink refills or water refills. Nothing. About 8:30pm, our servers stopped at the table and asked if anyone had told us that the kitchen was running behind by 45 minutes. We told her that it had already been almost an hour. But we did get our water refilled. Which was nice. So now it’s around 9:15pm(two hours after being seated) and we asked again the status of our entrees. She told us that we were next up after the table next to us received their food. The same table that was seated 15 minutes after us. When I asked the server the reason why things were taking so long, her reply was “I’m not really sure”. We did get our food a little after 9:30p and it was incorrect. Three of the steaks were cooked correctly but cold. And the fourth was cooked rare instead of medium. And we were missing a side dish. After sending the rare steak back to the kitchen, another 15 minutes went by. It came back still rare. And we were still missing the side dish. So after almost 2.5 hours we said screw it and asked for the check. No manager ever stopped by. They ended up comping our 2 glasses of wine for the trouble. What a joke.

    Our reservation was for 6:30pm and we left at 8:30pm because our entrees still hadn’t come. The table next to us said their steaks were cold in the middle and they left too.

    The evening started out wrong with having to wait for water, cocktails and bread. It then spiraled into us being told we had to wait 45 minutes for our entrees as the kitchen was backed up. The food arrived and as always, delicious but were told that our baked potato wasn’t coming due to the fact they were out. Our server was definitely stressed but managed to keep a smile on his face.

    This was our first time at Sullivan’s and we will definitely be back. The food was tasty and full of flavor, the recommended wine parings were perfect and our server was lovely. Book your reservations earlier in the evening, it’s less busy and you will meet some of the regulars. The executive chef may even come out to say hi. Enjoy!
