Sullivan’s is a vibrant neighborhood American Steakhouse featuring the finest steaks & seafood, hand shaken martinis, & live music. We offer comfortable fine dining in a lively atmosphere. From the moment you step inside our lounge for drinks, appetizers or dinner, you will feel the energy and excitement provided by our professional team. Sullivan’s serves the finest Midwestern hand selected steaks aged a minimum of 28 days, simply seasoned and broiled at 1,200 degrees, fresh seafood, a wide selection of cravable appetizers, soups, salads and side dishes. Our desserts are house-made daily. Our Wine Spectators "Award of Excellence" wine list offers an array of selections from around the world.     One of our “ go to “ restaurants when in Palm Desert! The BLT salad that the restaurant made table side was delicious. We also ordered the French onion soup and that was a hit. The steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare as we ordered. The food servers were friendly and accommodating.

    We eat out often this by far was the best dinner we have had in a restaurant in a very long time. All 6 of our steaks were perfection so tender and flavorful. The appetizers were amazing our favorite was the Beef Wellington bites. We loved the knock out drinks. The bread pudding was really amazing . The chef came by to visit several times to make sure we were doing good. We had wonderful service . There was a fantastic band on the patio. You must try this restaurant when in Palm Desert.

    Met grumpy hostess who said our reservation was behind 35 minutes. Said wait wherever. Our daughter has a boot on and difficult to stand. Nowhere to sit. I ordered the special Thanksgiving turkey dinner and it came with no gravy or cranberry. Just a few little things but important when paying high priced meals.

    The service was wonderful. Even with the longer than normal wait; the hostess’, bar tenders, and table servers were wonderful. We called ahead to be sure there was a vegetarian option for Thanksgiving dinner and was assured that there was. When the restaurant called to verify the reservation I asked again to be sure there would be a vegetarian option for the entree and was told the chef had a plan. When we were seated we were told there was no option but the chef would do something. We ended up being served a stir fried chopped salad as our entree, and were still charged the full pre fix menu price. The berries and cream dessert had to be sent back because the whip cream was made with salt instead of sugar. They also ran out of bread.

    really bad experience, had to wait over 45 minutes for table, over an hour to get food, and food was cold when it was served.

    Our reservation for Thanksgiving was at 4:30 We arrived on time and there were 10 tables ahead of us! We were finally seated at 6:00! The service was very slow,,,, The bisque was unpalatable with something like CAYENNE in it. We do not eat spicy food. The turkey arrived and was so salty we could not eat it! We brought it home ad will rinse it off before re-heating it... We have eaten at Sullivans many times and have enjoyed it. This was a nightmare. In addition to the poorly prepared food, the room was much to cold...probably about 60 degrees.

    Thanksgiving day dinner was excellent…some of us had the prix fixed menu and others chose from the regular menu…everything was wonderful…the seafood bisque was outstanding, the calamari was amazing, ceasar salad delicious, mac & cheese and more. The service people were great, smiling and happy, and the restaurant was full. I strongly recommend Sullivan’s for food, service and value. We can’t wait to come back.

    We have been to Sullivans several times and tried it for Thanksgiving. The food was good, value was great, server was wonderful BUT we had to wait 45 minutes to get seated for our reservation. That was not good. And, there were a LOT of people waiting. Why overbook reservations? I understand it's a busy holiday and there are no shows, but you should have a better idea of the flow. And, people were calling to see if they could come, and the lady at the front desk told them they could come and wait. With people with reservations already waiting? We'll come again but will come either for the first seating or towards the end. Our reservation was for 2:30 - we won't make that mistake again.
