    Went for a Christmas dinner. Had a couple speed bumps in there but overall pretty good. Had to put my filet back on for a min or two because it came out underdone. No big deal. But it never came back out. Manager came out and apologized. Took care of it. Our server was excellent. This time wasn't the best experience but we love Sullivans so we'll definitely be back.

    The food was delicious. NY strip on fillet were delightful. We had a great Christmas dinner.

    Food was cold, steaks were very chewy and cold. This is the second experience in a row that have been very unimpressive, will not go back.

    My filet mignon steak was very much undercooked. The au gratin potatoes were extremely salty.. We saw our server 3 to 4 times during our entire meal.  Disappointing food for the cost of the meal.

    Merry Christmas! My husband and I are grateful you’re open on Christmas Day and enjoyed the experience. Our server Damien was amazing and very helpful with the menu. Looking forward to continuing this tradition since it just the two of us. Thanks again!

    We went for 3:00 Christmas Eve supper. This has been a favorite spot for us for years and it was always an exceptional experience. Today was disappointing. As we entered, my active duty military son was required to remove his hat. As we entered we saw several patrons wearing hats. Further, some employees were dressed very casually including wearing T-shirts. I’m not sure who my son’s hat would have offended. We ordered appetizers which were excellent. My son ordered a steak medium rare. When the food came, only entrees came out for 2 of our 3-person party. We waited a while and then at my son’s urging, we ate so our food wouldn’t get cold. His finally came and was extremely well done. It looked liked shoe leather. It had to go back. We were done with our entrees before his arrived. We spent over $350 on this meal (2 of us each had one glass of wine, no one had dessert.) This was a very big disappointment. And a small fortune.

    Our server, table in Canes room, and ambience were all amazing. The sides, appetizers, wine and drinks were wonderful. My filet was overcooked and I was disappointed with the quality. The cut was not very good. This was a first, as my steak is usually perfect, so it was disappointing.
