The Bermuda Chapter of the acclaimed New York cocktail bar is now open at Cambridge Beaches as a dockside tavern and tropical cocktail bar with a uniquely Bermudian dining experience created by Chef Keith DeShields celebrating "roots" cuisine. A diverse fusion of flavours with Caribbean and Portuguese influences, the menu is based on recipes passed down for generations and features truly Bermudian dishes including Bermuda shark hash, homemade callaloo pasta, and cedar smoked plantain stuffed wild boar loin.

    The food was superb. The flavours, menu choices and textures blended together to create a melody of perfectly balanced flavour for the palate. Together with a beautiful setting and good service, Sunken Harbour provided the perfect celebratory setting for my husband and I.

    First time having dinner at Cambridge Beaches. Great date-night spontaneous choice. The service was fantastic, Seth and Mr Lopes were fabulous hosts and their recommendations were spot-on. The Scallops appetizer is a MUST…in the top five of the foods I’ve tasted. We also had the blackened Rockfish w/ risotto and shrimp as well as the Lamb Wellington. Both were delicious. The only con was that they are on the pricey side. But the flavors are something special and I place Sunken as one of Bermudas best restaurants…possibly on the same level as Intrepid. I’ll need return to confirm if this is true. If you can afford it, I highly recommend Sunken Harbor Club.

    While there were a couple of slight miscommunications when we arrived (dink ordered, but not ordered, not being told when the table was ready etc.), once we were seated the experience was great. Food as usual was stellar (some of the best in Bermuda), both high quality and all very different from what else is available on the island. We'll be back for sure!

    Delightful restaurant at the Cambridge Beaches resort, impeccable service and atmosphere with good food. The pasta dish was delicious.

    Never had lamb Wellington before & it was excellent, as was the service. We had a quiet outdoor table with a nice view. Pricy, but worth it.

    Everything was excellent at the Sunken Harbor Club! Great restaurant ambience and wait staff are very knowledgeable and professional about the menu. And the food is excellent!

    This was a good choice for a (Birthday) dinner. Food was flavorful and yummy. A few blemishes in service (Main course took a little longer than expected) because of a Wedding party taking place next door, however most of the staff worked hard to make our dining experience pleasant. I would return to try some of the other offerings. They looked tempting..!
