The Bermuda Chapter of the acclaimed New York cocktail bar is now open at Cambridge Beaches as a dockside tavern and tropical cocktail bar with a uniquely Bermudian dining experience created by Chef Keith DeShields celebrating "roots" cuisine. A diverse fusion of flavours with Caribbean and Portuguese influences, the menu is based on recipes passed down for generations and features truly Bermudian dishes including Bermuda shark hash, homemade callaloo pasta, and cedar smoked plantain stuffed wild boar loin.
