Sushi Jiro at Park Royal - Marina Bay offers a Japanese fine dining experience in Singapore of both artistic and gourmet quality. Founded over two decades ago by Nakano Jiro-San, this Marina Bay restaurant has long impressed diners with sushi that respects traditional preparation methods. A meal here will be one to remember, with handpicked fresh seafood flown from Japan four times a week. It’s now led by Kenji Nakagawa, a talented chef who pays great attention to detail and specialises in edomae sushi. We recommend opting for the omakase menu, allowing the chefs to select which dishes are best served on the day based on their expertise. À la carte is also available, however, and Singaporeans can order sushi, sashimi, tempura, grilled specialities and more to their preference. With a sophisticated dining room and professional service, Sushi Jiro - Parkroyal @ Marina Bay is a must visit.
