   The food was generally up to its usual standard. However, two of us ordered the risotto + felt that the rice was undercooked. Everything else was delicious.

   From booking to goodbye, The Swan at The Globe London offers an outstanding performance for my birthday High Tea. The service & staff especially Riyas & his colleague (sorry forgot his name) who waited our table provided excellent service throughout. The food was well themed and of great quality with unique flavoured twists (the smoked bakewell & green boba, unusual yet so delicious)! Overall an Amazing experience all round. Highly recommend as one of the best in London I've had, and most certainly supercedes the high tea at The Shard by a huge margin. A well derserved Applause & Encore....Thank You Very Much!!

   The Romeo & Juliet classic & cowboy afternoon teas were excellent! A lovely Shakespearean twist. The Cowboy tea was particularly suitable for those that prefer savoury foods! Service was exceptional, just the right amount of attention!

   Our waiter was extremely busy and spoke quickly. We asked for two high teas (and only were served two) and we were charged for four. We were too embarrassed to question the charge. We were with family and had a show to get to. The environment was loud, rushed and our waiter was difficult to speak with-he was busy. Sadly, this is the one event of our trip we regret booking. We left feeling we were cheated.

   Sunday lunch to celebrate a family birthday with 5 diners. Food was lovely although the server did not write the orders down and instead of roast chicken one of our party was given a different chicken dish. Whilst the situation was dealt with courteously and quickly perhaps the serving staff should take slightly longer in taking orders/writing them down so that really easy mistakes like this don't arise. We will return however!

   We really loved this experience. The main dining room was comfortable and modern with amazing views. We loved the themed tea experience and loved seeing other dishes be served to guests... we want to come back!
