The manager Charles was outstanding. He made sure our experience was 5 star. 💫 Food was delicious and atmosphere was amazing. Thank you for making our night one to remember.

Food was great! Service was just okay. We went lunch so assuming dinner service would be better.

We had high hopes for Sweet Basil after receiving several glowing recommendations from friends, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. While the staff was friendly and attentive, the timing was a major issue. Our daughter’s appetizer arrived a full 15 minutes late, only after we had to remind them. The main courses took over an hour to arrive and were served lukewarm. At that point, we didn't feel like sending them back, as we were already exhausted from the long wait and feared another delay. The duck and lobster pasta, though promising, were underwhelming at a less-than-ideal temperature. We ended up picking at our meals and decided to skip dessert rather than risk another long wait. While we understand that off nights happen, it’s hard to overlook the overall disappointment. We were left feeling unimpressed and unlikely to return.

We visited Sweet Basil 3 times this winter break. The first two visita went very well. The last lunch we had there, the 3 hamburgers were extremely salty and we could only eat 1/2 hamburger each one of us.

We will take this feedback to our kitchen team to prevent this happening again in the future. Hopefully the next time you join us, the burgers will be a true 5 star experience.

The food was fantastic (you must get the whipped feta). Our waiter was very funny and happy to answer all questions we had about the menu. We were celebrating our anniversary and they were very happy to host us in our celebration and everyone wished us a happy anniversary! Will absolutely be returning for many years to come.

The meal and service was very good. Only thing to comment on was my choice of the duck breast meal. The portion was so small, it should have been listed as an appetizer. The pork chop and walleye meals were great!
