SY23 Restaurant is headed up by chef Nathan Davies, shortly after the opening Nathan & the SY23 team received a Michelin star and Great Britain & Northern Ireland's Opening of the Year by the Michelin guide & became one of the Good Food Guides ‘Top 20 Most Exciting Restaurants’ in 2022 also joining the National Restaurant award's Top 100 UK Restaurants in 2023. The small and intimate dining room has minimalistic decor, natural wooden tables and the kitchen as a focal point for diners to enjoy seeing the kitchen team in full flow on the first floor and the bar is situated on the ground floor for a pre/post dinner drink. The food here at SY23 Restaurant celebrates the wonderful ingredients found on our door step on the coast of West Wales with fish & shellfish from the local fishing boats & lamb from the surrounding hillside appearing on the menu, all cooked over the open fire that sits in the heart of the kitchen.
