Tacocat is bringing the fiesta with bold Tex-Mex cuisine, refreshing margaritas, and good vibes to Downtown Augusta, Georgia. Tacocat is the place for amigos, both new and old. Have a great time with friends, while enjoying quality food, fresh margaritas and a lively atmosphere with live music nightly! The menu is simplistic, Tacos and "Not Tacos" but each menu item is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The vibrant decor and great music provide a unique dining experience right in the heart of Downtown Augusta! The restaurant offers plenty of versatility for groups of many sizes. There is event a private room, so host your next event with us! While cat is in the name, our large outdoor patio is dog friendly, we would love to meet your furry friends!

We were looking for something other than the typical Valentine Day dinner. We had a great dinner and nice live music. The service and food were great. We’ll do it again.

Very friendly staff, clean, great taste, servicing time etc. Good all around. Just wish they carried sangria or had more non tequila drink options.

The hostess greeted us with a smile and took us directly to the table and waiter was great however the drinks were very weak! Not much alcohol at all! I had three peach margaritas at $12 each and others at my table as well and changed their drinks but no one even had a slight buzz. Food was good though. Can’t say I will return.

We had a lovely ladies brunch. It was our first time reserving a table and our first time at Taco Cat. We honestly enjoyed everything about it.
