Honestly, this restaurant is beautiful, but it was plagued with issues from the moment we stepped inside. First, we were seated in the back, next to a door that was constantly being opened, letting in a chilly breeze. When I asked to move to a high table so my date wouldn’t feel uncomfortable, the hostess informed me that she had a reservation for our table, even though I had one myself. To make matters worse, when we finally sat down, the waitress rushed us to place our entire order, despite only having been seated for five minutes. When we submitted our order, she informed us that it would take a 20-minute wait, which was manageable. However, the food arrived an hour and thirty minutes later. While the dishes were fresh and delicious, the service was appalling. It felt like we were bothering the waitress, who didn’t even bring us water. Despite the manager’s efforts to rectify the situation and provide exceptional service, it was too late to salvage our dining experience.
