Previously Chef de Cuisine at 1700° Steakhouse at the Paso del Norte Hotel and currently the Executive Sous Chef at the Midland Country Club, he began his career in Northern California and Birmingham, Alabama while focusing on French and Mexican cuisine and influenced the culinary scene in El Paso. Chef Michael and Chef Rodrigo have curated a 6 Course French and Mexican Fusion Dinner with a wine pairing.
