Our brasserie open for lunch and dinner is ideally located in the heart of the hotel. The restaurants and the large terrace offer a view on the swimming pool and the lagoon.     La cuisson des viandes et du saumon est à revoir. Nous avons été déçus de notre repas parce que nous étions déjà venus l’année dernière à la même période et tout c’était bien passé

    Amazing food options. Mahi Mahi was so fresh and the coconut sauce made it taste even more heavenly. Service was amazing, especially our waiter, Tehan (sp?). Such happy and joyful people everywhere.

    Waited 1.5 hours to never receive my drink or my entree. And when this was brought up to the waitress, she displayed no remorse or empathy; nor did she try to come with any attempt to make up for the fact that this happened such as a comp or free drink. Not that it would’ve made it any better, but at least it would seem like you care .. Absolutely ridiculous, disgusted with this behavior.

    Le tartare de bœuf c’est une tuerie 😋 et la sauce au poivre une pépite. Tout les plats sont bons là bas.

    The staff was fantastic. The food was very good and they even brought us a small dessert for our anniversary! The prices were rather high for what was provided.

    The service was excellent. Friendly, water re filled and wine poured without needing to ask. The Hilton Tahiti has superior staff!

    The service was pretty bad…first a waitress came to give us water and didn’t smile, say hello or make eye contact. Then the main waitress finally came after a long wait and while she started out somewhat friendly, she wasn’t helpful in giving info about the fish dishes and didn’t check on us at all. I ended up with the salmon dish which was very plain and tasteless. Husband had the avocado burger which he said was good. They did bring us an Anniversary plate with 2 small cookies things on it so that was nice, but overall, we were very disappointed in the food and service here. And it’s not cheap.

    Bon accueil, l'équipe est très sympathique et efficace. L'offre est varié et le service assez rapide. Le repas est bon, un peu cher mais en rapport avec le lieux et l'hôtel.

    Booked a table for 4 outside but got told that there was no table reserved outside for us! Inside was the only option or to wait for another 30 minutes. We decided to wait as inside was just to hot…Beautiful food but pricey!

    Ça virevolte, ça virevolte… mais ça ne fait pas le service… ce qui dessert complètement ce que vous mangez qui est correct! Bref…expérience plutôt gâchée !
