The La Fiesta Mexicana Dinner experience made for a perfect evening! Colorful and exciting yet casually elegant with a wonderful evening ambience. The restaurant and food stations were beautifully presented. And best of all, the food was excellent. So many flavors with such a wide variety to experience. Highly recommend!

Overall very nice. Limited but decent vegan option for wife and really Good Mole enchiladas. Drinks were a miss this night as no flavor at all (the Macho) so would stick to beer and wine. The view is amazing as is the service.

We love coming to La Pacifica every year. The Mexican fiesta is my favorite. I get to eat all the traditional Mexican food that I crave at a resort. The mariachis were fabulous. The drinks were absolutely amazing! The passion fruit margaritas and the Duende Verdes were phenomenal!!! Love this place!!!

I was very pleased with my dinner and the service that I received. Prices seem to be a little bit on the high side. Overall, my experience was excellent.

We went for taco night. It was terrible. The meat was dry and I very much-cooked. There was no salsa, or sour cream, or cheese. If was basically just flavorless meats on less-than-great tortillas. And if you imagine “all-you-can-eat tacos” is a buffet…no. They bring you the tacos to your table. So you eat only what they bring you. I was brought 2 in the one-hour time I was there. $50 per adult.
