T’ang Court at The Langham, Hong Kong has been awarded the coveted Three Michelin Stars in the Michelin Guide, Hong Kong and Macau 2019 for the fourth year in a row. It is one of only five Cantonese restaurants in the world to achieve this accolade. Meticulously sourcing the best and freshest seasonal ingredients, T’ang Court’s signature specialties include the Stir-fried Fresh Lobster with Spring Onions, Red Onions and Shallots, Peking Duck as well as the Baked Stuffed Crab Shell with Crab Meat and Onion.

    While the food lived up to expectations, service was a tad below par for a Michelin 2-star restaurant. While our server tried her best to juggle all the tables she had to attend to, and made good recommendations and stopped us from over-ordering, two out of the other three staff in our area dedicated their time to one (no doubt VIP) table — there were 7 to 8 tables on our floor.

    I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and great appreciation for the excellent service I enjoyed my dining at the T’ang Court. Every staff with whom we came in contact with was kind and attentive especially. I was totally impressed by their care and thoughtfulness.

    Exceptional food cooking skill and services. Tang Court makes me starting to believe the Michelin Stars thing is real.

    The lunch quality is in average, a bit overprice on the dim sum. But I’m sure the dinner meal is much worth it, as I saw other table order some crab cakes or other fancy dishes, which looks very nice and smell so good
