The Carrillo Dining Room is warm and inviting. Whether it is the array of plated dinners, Lunch or Breakfast, this is a relaxing place to gather with your team. Reserved table(s) for your group is one of our standards so you may enjoy meals together and mingle. This is a spacious area is lighted with floor to ceiling windows that allow amazing views and let in the warmth of the Old West. There wasn’t much service because I had takeout by the swimming pool. It would’ve been nice to have it delivered to the pool area, but we didn’t understand the procedure and now we do. The shrimp tacos were very good 👍🏻

We absolutely Tanque Verde Guest Ranch. The ambiance is just amazing! We were just a little taken back by the brunch being $50.00pp and what was offered on their brunch. We just felt the price didn’t match what was offered. What we did have was delicious, but just felt there weren’t some staples you would expect to see. This is just our opinion and should not deter anyone from going and giving it a try! Please go and make up your own mind. It is such a gorgeous part of Tucson history!!!!!!

The staff was very friendly, my waitress was great. The menu isn’t large but the dish I selected was delicious! It was a beef brisket pasta dish- all fresh ingredients. The ranch is picturesque. Even though I was only dining I could walk around and look at the horses and the many amenities they offer. I would definitely go back for dinner and maybe next time take a few days to enjoy the nature retreat the ranch offers!
