Reservations during this seating are allotted a 2-hours seating limit. *DISCLAIMER* By confirming this reservation, I acknowledge that if I do not call to cancel by Saturday, December 28th or do not show at the time of this reservation there may be a $50 per person fee applied to the card on file.     Tao is always awesome. Server was a little slow. Ran me out of 2 different drinks, 3 times. So his follow ups were not even there. Food is always great. I like the dark atmosphere. Music might be a little bit loud, but good.

    The service is very bad. We had a reservation and still had to wait 45 minutes before we were seated. The food was good and ambience was nice

    TAO lived up to its reputation. The food, the ambiance, and the staff were all amazing. Go there hungry. You will want to eat as much as possible.

    They only had one hostess so it took them a while to seat us but once we were seated the ambience and food made up for it. Service was not exceptional but it wasn’t bad either.

    Great dining experience and our waitress was excellent. They did get my protein wrong when I ordered the Lo Mein but the manager was so kind and took it off the bill. Only frustration is that we had a reservation at 7:30pm and waited about 40 minutes to be seated. They said they did not have my phone number but they did, not great communication from the front of house and there was only 1 hostess available.

    La comida y el ambiente extraordinario el servicio de la mesera Aurora fue deplorable y ofensivo. Su criterio limitado . Jamás habíamos sentido una prepotencia y humillación por alguien que se dedica al negocio de la hospitalidad.
