TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge offers a distinctive culinary experience in the most dramatic setting Mohegan Sun has to offer. Guests can choose from a selection of Asian-inspired specialties, focusing on Chinese, Japanese and Thai techniques and ingredients; including signature dishes like the Satay of Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster Wontons, Peking Duck, Crispy Snapper in “Sand,” and Tuna Sashimi Pringle. TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge’s beverage program pairs perfectly with approachable craft cocktails and extensive sake offerings. The new restaurant at Mohegan Sun is located off the Sky Tower Hotel Lobby and features several notable elements that Guests have come to expect from the iconic brand, including a 16-foot-tall Quan Yin statue anchoring the main dining room.

    The music is way too loud I’ve been to clubs & discotheques Were the music was not this loud This is supposed to be a restaurant not a concert hall . People can’t even have a conversation Without shouting over the music… Please tone it down a lot !

    So we love this place However men wearing baseball hats is not appealing . According to Tao policy it says “ no baseball hats” however it wasn’t being enforced. Just wanted to mention

    Everything was exceptional, from the food to the service. It’s our favorite restaurant at Mohegans! The crispy pork belly is crazy good! The sweet and spicy shrimp is always delicious! The Wagyu ribeye Teppanyaki is incredible, melting your mouth. We look forward to the next time that were able to come.
