WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER! I was charged $39.99 for a $14.99 entree, I was charged $3.50 for a fountain drink I did NOT order want or receive. The employees could not speak English in order to fix the problem. I used a translator app in Spanish to inform the cashier / waitress I was overcharged and to credit my credit card. The cashier gave me $39.99 in cash but not the $3.50. I canceled my food order. The other person I was with ordered a glass of water, which never arrived. His burrito was low quality, the pork was tough and dry. Just before leaving we were finally served a basket of overly-fried (dark & bitter) tortilla chips, but no salsa. I went to the food order counter to request the missing salsa and glass of water and the refund for the $3.50 fountain drink I did not order but was charged. Several minutes later the cashier / waitress brought a tiny cup of mild, bland salsa to our table but no refund for the fountain drink. Needless to say, this dining experience was horrendous. Worst customer service and bland, unimaginative food experience EVER!
