Monday night, 7 October 2024, I made a booking for 7 people for 6 PM. Meeting up with friends from interstate who were staying in Toowoomba. Showed up at the Hotel to find it was closed. I know it was a public holiday however when I made my booking there was no indication that it would not be open. Very poor system that it did not advise me the venue would not be open. Doesn't matter, we went to the Burke and Wills and had a great meal.

Meal was delicious bit disappointed there was a lack of salad and chips with meal. Other restaurants give heaps more. Would definitely come back

Loving Tatts for meals we have been a few times for work and now starting to come with family and friends had a date night and table was perfect

Booked table could not be found by staff. Took a while to get the table. Ordering meals was seamless. Food was not up to their normal standards. Cob loaf not cooked.Was like stale bread not toasted or hot. Crepe was burnt and chicken like rubber and not a lot of sauce. Chips were just warm. They use to have the most delicious food but not tonight. Advised the waitress about the issues,but ignored. She did get a takeaway container so could take home for the dog. Crumbed steak was good. It was loud but went for the food. Greatly Disappointed.

Awful. The glasses were filthy as were the chairs, covered in stains and the smell of stale beer coming down the staircase. The steaks took 35 minutes to come out, despite the place being almost empty and 2 of the 3 was not cooked correctly, veges were tepid and my 200 gram eye fillet looked like a small rissole. We won't be back.

Staff were horrible to deal with, no communication if you don’t want to work don’t take it out on the customers. Throw your food on the table as well as the drinks. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

Way too loud, it was hard to have a catch up with friends as it was impossible to hear. We ordered 5 meals of which 3 came out together and the last 2 took an extra 15-20mins and was stone cold.

We booked a table but we were allocated a high stools table in the noisy area but lowest tables available in the quieter area. Then went to order with menu in hand but was told after lining up to be told I had to go to the next register a meter away and line up again. Ordered food and a cocktail that took 15 minutes to arrive. Food ordered was a steak and Hawaiian parmy. Steak was tough and parmy burnt and dry. Worse no pineapple which makes it Hawaiian. Just don't go there.

As much as I’m not someone to Complain all 4 of our dishes had something wrong with them I ordered a kg of wings and simply asked if 1 half could be tossed in 1 sauce and the other half tossed in the 2nd sauce server said it was okay pretty simple request didn’t happen, my partner ordered a entree meal that was suppose to come with rice but it didn’t and we only were told about this when we brought it up with a server who only said whoever took your order should have told you, my friend ordered only steak and salad and got only steak and chips and a vegetarian ordered a salad and it came out with bacon even though we stated on order it is for a vegetarian please ensure there is no meat. Normally I let things slide after working 10+ years in hospitality mistakes happen I get it but for all 4 of our meals to be wrong is a bit of a joke Our first reserved table was unsuitable as a drunk man refused to leave it despite being reserved. Not really happy with the service or the food my partner and I both felt sick quickly after dining Most likely will not be back

2 staff serving ,I felt they weren’t working well together thus service wasn’t at its best.When served one was friendly the other wasn’t.Food was good and reasonable priced.We we’re there to see Killer Queen,so should of been more staff at bar serving and it certainly wasn’t who as next service that’s for sure.The band I’ve heard before and felt it wasn’t their best performance vocals wise.On a positive note we were out with friends and enjoyed the time together .Would I go there again? Probably as the food was good.
