    Service was great! Very High noise level, even when the crowd left. Chicken in the pot pie wasn't tender

    Overall, pretty good. Only complaint was that I waited 15 mins to eat once my food came out because I was waiting on something to add to my meal and even asked three different servers to get it.

    We were celebrating my dad’s birthday and they didn’t acknowledge it was on the reservation notes. Also, we had a baby with us and the host team didn’t offer a high chair or buster seat. Very disappointed with service this time.

    Good food minus us flagging for needing gluten free items. My son has Tourette’s and I can notice within 30 minutes if he has been glutened. He had gluten free fish and chips. I specifically asked if they are actually gluten free. I’d bed the fryers are not dedicated gluten free friers. Anyone with celiac, beware. We’re NOT ok. What a disappointment. The food tasted great and the staff was attentive. If it’s marked gluten free, and specifically ask, maybe follow though would be good.

    As usual, great experience with service both in the front and at the table. Got the chicken pot pie - was hoping for a comfort meal. 😊 However the bread/pastry top (not sure how it should be described) was extremely hard and literally difficult to break. Needless to say it made the dish hard to enjoy. Not certain if this was a bad one or if this was what they meant to deliver. I’ll be back - I normally enjoy the experience - I’ll just chalk this up to don’t-order-again.

    Service was outstanding! There was a problem with my meal and they were super responsive and took care of the issue immediately. The guacamole is amazing! Manager and Server were both excellent and very customer focused. This is a rare find in this day and age. I’ll be back!

    This was my time here. The Tavern setting, staff, food and service were 5 Star! I will be back and will bring others! My pizza (mushroom & ricotta) was excellent, thin, crispy crust and moist topping, not gooey, just the right amount of 3 cheeses and ‘shrooms. Hot tea dispelled the chill from today’s high wind and low temps. Yea! Another go-to place (also good for parties).

    I got the mac & cheese with buffalo chicken but there was barely any chicken in it. The Dedham location does an awesome job….Burlington not so much.
