   We were really disappointed with this new version of Tavern on Rush. The space is uninspired, with a ‘80s feel. Bathroom - terrible. No dividers between the urinals and too close together. Carpeting on the stairway to the restrooms was filthy and worn. Food was just okay. With so many other great places to eat nearby, we won’t be back.

   Tavern is awesome. The food the ambiance the staff. Probably the best hostesses and waiters and waitresses you will ever see. Everything is top notch. Highly recommended

   Horrible food, super expensive and overpriced, not worth the money

   I am very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your recent experience at Tavern. We truly do take pride in our food and it's disappointing to hear that it didn't meet any of your expectations. If you wouldn't mind, I would actually like more feedback about what your food selections were and what you found disappointing about each dish. We do take all feedback into account, even the bad stuff, as it's the only way for us to adjust and improve. We would like to know where exactly it is we fell short and what you feel is just not worth your dollar. We want our guests to feel like that not only did they have an had outstanding meal but that it was worth the price point as well. We appreciate your input. - Margo and The Management Team

   We went for lunch and we had a lovely experience. We had the Italian Ceviche and Asian salad. It was delicious! The service was excellent, always there and checking in without being intrusive. They even surprised my friend with a complimentary birthday cake dessert with a candle. They heard us talking about her birthday. We will definitely return! We’re glad they are back!

   Celebrated Birthday there. Benny mgr was amazing, so was Riley the server. Gave us great table, great food & service. All top notch. Get 10 stars !

   Our server Jason was wonderful!! So accommodating and kind! He made our evening!! My husbands filet was perfectly cooked and my pasta with scallops and shrimp also delicious! I do prefer my scallops grilled with a little crust. The grilled corn is definitely a must order ! I want the recipe !

    The lunch flavors, drinks, and service didn’t match the reputation of the restaurant. We there after the lunch rush and it was comical how many wrong items we were brought or never brought at all. We also had said it was for a special occasion that was never acknowledged, and made the entire situation even more disappointing. Beautiful space, tho!
