An Item that we specifically thought would be available (Ossobucco) because it was on the menu, was not available at all because they “were changing the menu soon”. However, our waitress was not aware that it was unavailable… Pretty strange. The chicken was reminiscent of Tyson‘s frozen sliced chicken breast and was very bland. The sauce that was served with the meatballs, tasted a lot like Chef Boyardee. We would not recommend this restaurant. 請問這對你有幫助嗎?

I made a reservation in advance to celebrate my daughter’s Sweet 16 with a party of three. When we arrived, the hostess informed us that our table was not ready, citing poor weather conditions as the reason for their overbooking. After waiting approximately 40 minutes, we were seated at a two-person table. I immediately expressed that this was unacceptable as the table was too small for us to comfortably enjoy our meal. I requested assistance from a manager, who agreed to move us to a more suitable table. However, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a large party to vacate their table before we could finally be seated properly. The restaurant did comp our appetizer and a round of drinks, which was a nice gesture. However, the situation felt entirely avoidable and left us frustrated during what was supposed to be a celebratory evening. While our server was kind and attentive, the food itself was average—not the exceptional quality I had hoped for. Additionally, it was evident that the hosts and waitstaff were more engaged in interpersonal conversations (in Spanish) than focusing on seating and serving guests efficiently. Overall, I left disappointed and feeling like there are better places to spend my money. This experience detracted from a special occasion we had looked forward to celebrating.請問這對你有幫助嗎?
