    Front of house fail. Food was delicious but service was awful. Hostess tells us you have 90 minutes then you have to leave. What? Its a tapas restaurant. You are in the hospitality industry. Look it up, ill wait. We loved this place our first two times there. It’s obvious they have given up. Both tables we sat at were wobbly, they don’t have stable tables? Would not go back.

    Staff was great, it is a high energy space fun and sexy, has a great shop next door to grab a bottle of wine on your way out. I had a hair in my food (happens some times in life) the manager was so kind and the team handled it well. Appreciated her response. All in all good

    I had heard nice things about this restaurant & wanted to try it out. My husband & I went there today & the place didn’t disappoint. We ordered mostly tapas since we wanted to try a variety of dishes. The food was authentic Spanish style, delicious & beautifully presented. The service was impeccable. Our server, Guadalupe was attentive & wonderful despite having a number of tables to serve. We were seated on the inside & while the noise levels were relatively high, it was still possible to have a nice conversation. Overall, we had a fabulous experience & definitely plan to go back for dinner sometime to be able to try their cocktails & paella. Definitely recommended.

    We had the cauliflower and grilled shrimp appetizers which were very good. The vegetable paella was good, though greasy. The barceloneta sangria's were light and very good. Overall, the food was good, but not great, especially for the price. The service wasn't good, no one followed up with us after receiving our meals. We had to walk to find help. We won't be returning.

    My sons and I have been going to this place for years, but I have to say it seems like we’ve been disappointed a lot more recently. The paella is mediocre at best and the pieces of meat inside the paella seem to be less than less and smaller smaller each time we go. The service was horrible this time. The waiter stopped to take our order (way after we got there) and never came back to our table again the entire meal. We kept trying to get bus boys and hosts to help us. we had to ask for the check four times. To top it all off, The gratuity is included at 20%. That would be fine if the service was even average but it was no where close. I was tempted to put a negative in the tip line. The ambiance is all that is left of this once great place and so are some of the appetizers they need to seriously work on the service by the wait staff specifically.

    The tapas were as good as in Spain. We tried almost all tapas in the menu and they were all delicious! We tried 3 paellas and the liked the pork best. Service was super. The hostesses were very busy but not as friendly as I would expect. Overall the dining experience was very good if you don’t mind loud music and noisy ambience.

    Very nice lively ambience. Fantastic, flavorful food. I wish there were more non-pork options. Service was very good but imperfect because of the capacity of the restaurant versus the number of waiters, but as good as could be with that ratio. They probably need additional staff.

    First time trying out in this Palo Alto location and it is funny cause we live 5 minutes away and today we gave in. We ordered the artichoke, pulpo, and paella. Maybe we expected way too high but I feel like it is a little underwhelming. Paella in particular is basic, rice is not well cooked, I am not sure if that is how you normally do paella. Portions of it is a little too small too. We agreed that the octopus were great though. I love it. Tender and well seasoned. Artichoke for a red curry needs a little stronger curry aromatics maybe. I don’t know. Having said all these, I will try to come back and give it another go. Restaurant feel is nice.
