The restaurant looked lovely but the service is poor. There was a long queue but staff didnt acknowledge those of us waiting even though there were lots of empty tables and I even checked on OpenTable. They sat us down eventually and pointed to the QR code to place our order. For a fusion restaurant in an airport with potentially customers who are not familiar with their food, you would expect abit of help with the menu or have a menu with pictures but no. Instead I had to go onto their website and pretend to place an online order to see images of their food. We were hungry so we ordered just four plates - it’s pretty pricey and we just didn’t know what to expect. The food came out quickly but the gyoza’s had been precooked and just fried at the point of service so the outside was hot but inside was cold. Everything looked amazing and their creations strangely worked but overall it’s too expensive for what it’s worth and we were still hungry afterwards. Save your money and go elsewhere.
