Paradero Todos Santos, Mexico’s premiere wellness-focused, high design hotel experience located on the Baja California Peninsula, is now home to Tenoch; a riveting restaurant concept presenting modern Mexican cuisine with international flair. The refreshed culinary concept will take over the existing restaurant space located at the heart of the property.

    Disfrutamos al máximo el ver de cerca la cocina, poder ver cada paso de la preparación de los alimentos y poder tener una conversación cercana con el chef! Sin duda un experiencia increíble para cenar en pareja desde la barra de la cocina 👍🏻 ya quiero volver!

    While the food was ok it was not as good or creative as you would expect. Many other far less expensive local restaurants are much better. There was confusion with the staff from the front gate to ordering, servicing and clearing the table. They were welling meaning but not trained properly.

    Cesar was the best! Explained everything so well, very attentive. Also appreciated that the Abocado Toast was just that, avocado, not guacamole! I would suggest to chef maybe some micro greens on top! Great carajillo too.

    La comida estuvo deliciosa. El cierre con el pan francés fue excelente. Super recomendado si te quieres desconectar del ruido y comer delicioso. El chef también fue super amable

    What a trippy Stanley Kubrick style film experience. It’s pitch black and even the staff that escorts you has no flashlight. This is intentional to avoid light pollution for max star gazing. The property is very cool, even in the dark. Upon arriving at the driveway a “security person” in a Gap sweatshirt needs to verify you have a reservation. If they don’t accept walk ins you should note this. The staff was overly attentive to the point of aggression. It felt a bit like we were be guarded by staff including obvious cameras. It’s as if Kanye was on property. The food was mid. We ordered a green salad that was off menu per a reco from a friend. It was good. The French toast desert was excellent t. It was fun to watch the chefs work in the open kitchen which piqued our interest in items that weren’t on the menu. We were very into the pool menu as well as the breakfast menu. Another note, the black napkins were so weird and not a match for the desert pottery plates. Finally the staff was ill trained. Clearly only capable of operating from the training and intelligence outside of it. Very bizarre. Not great for vegans or a someone who doesn’t eat fish/seafood.

    Tuvimos una pésima experiencia. El servicio muy deficiente, se notaba la falta de organización tanto en cocina como con el staff que atendía. El tiempo de espera fue exagerado para todos los platillos. la comida de una calidad muy baja en comparación a los precios excesivos. La sopa de tortilla es honestamente una ofensa a la cocina mexicana. Visitamos el lugar en una ocasión especial ya que estaba recomendado por la guía Michelin, honestamente deja mucho a desear este lugar. Lástima porque la arquitectura y el lugar son un verdadero oasis

    We booked online for christmas day in advance and showed up. There was nothing online on Google or OpenTable saying children were not allowed. We have a well behaved 5 year old. After a 40 minute drive at the parking lot we were turned away because we were with our daughter. Perhaps the owners came into this world as adults. If so, sucks to be them. In the real world they can fix their listings to not waste people's time and leave them looking for a place to eat on a Christmas where everything else is closed

    We went for brunch and the ambiance is stunning. However the food was mediocre at best. The chips in the chilaquiles went even cooked…they just poured the sauce over the top of the cold chips. Egg was also cold when served. Not good. For this trip we stayed at Hotel San Cristobal and the food there was mind blowing. I also had the chilaquiles at Oystera on this trip, and they were delicious. If you’re looking for scenery/ig photos, try Tenoch. But if you’re looking for excellent food, go elsewhere.
