Located in the Spire building, across the street from the Denver Convention Center and the Blue Bear.

With a background in mostly Italian restaurants Chef Scott Schaden has worked in Denver, Chicago and Piedmont Italy. While the kitchen will be focused on domestic, native and regional products and flavors the food will have all of the tell tales of great Italian food. Simple, ingredient focused dishes will dominate the menu including ‘hearth oven roasted meats’ and lots of pasta.

At Terra we are inspired by humble dishes often focused on a single ingredient and lots of hand-spun pasta. We embrace our origins. We love pasta. We exist to amplify the Terra of the American West, and we obsessively support these communities.
