Located on the third floor of Eataly Boston, Terra is a unique restaurant inspired by earth and fire. The dining room centers around a wood-burning Italian grill, where the Terra culinary team cooks raw ingredients over burning flames, allowing the simple flavors to shine.

In every earthy dish, the fire’s smoked warmth rekindles our fundamental connection to the elements. Plentiful and playful, the grilled plates are perfect to share around the restaurant's rustic tables, especially when paired with seasonal drinks.

A very expensive meal. A squash appetizer was inedible because it was undercooked, a squid appetizer would needed much more seasoning, as did a buratta appetizer. The cod dish was basically a piece of fish with tomato sauce and some olives. This place used to be much better, but last night was a big disappointment. I guess this was mostly a place for tourists now.

Very disappointed. Food was meh. And overpriced. Even the espresso was poor - none of this was at all like Italian quality.

$40 for a too salty pork chop with half a Belgium endive is not a pleasant meal. Mixing two red wines when you pour one glass and not apologizing and offering to replace the glass is a big faux pas for a server. Rolling your eyes when your client reminds you that he wanted sparkling water because you are serving him regular water is not okay. So not exactly the wonderful experience we had a year ago… too bad!

Fantastic. Ate at our own pace, everything was delicious, cocktails and wine included. Service was great, not intrusive, have what we wanted when we wanted it. Loved it, will be back soon.

Good dinner for our family of four, overall we felt papardelle pasta and steak were best dishes. Our server was great, but service was slow - especially for our early dinner at 4:30pm. We ordered appetizers of bread, fondue/croutons, and lamb kabobs — they were all ok, nothing too special. We actually enjoyed dipping our bread in the fondue cheese the most. The homemade pasta was delicious with the mushroom papardelle, and the sirloin steak was fantastic. We did not order dessert - but were encouraged to try the “best” tiramisu in MA. We would return - but likely stick to salad and main courses and skip the apps next time.

Service was great and ambiance was nice. Started with a very average burrata, not much to the dish. Vegetables on the main were unevenly cooked, some even raw but wagyu was cooked and season beautifully. Finally, tiramisu was top tier.
