Using local ingredients with Italian influences, Terra is Eataly’s premium wood-burning grill restaurant located on the third floor of Eataly Silicon Valley. Named for “earth’ in Italian, Terra's menu features the season’s best ingredients cooked simply over open flames. Its food meant to be paired with an inventive botanical cocktail and enjoyed outside on our expansive shaded patio.

We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
Parties of 7-10 people are required to make a deposit of $150.00 and parties of 11 or more, email esv-privatedining@eataly.com to secure the date.
There will be a $20 per person charge for no shows or cancellations without 48-hour notice.

Good experience with food and wine. Hosting staff is extremely rigid so be on-time and only have the exact group size you originally reserved

Service was very good and the food was tasty. Eating outside under the heaters is better from a noise perspective. We had to cancel dessert as that portion of the dinner took way too long.

First of all, the noise in this place is so bad. Supper loud. We ordered two different pastas they came 10 minutes apart. Food was not warm when they brought it to the table. Drinks were good though! Overall not what we expected.

It was a beutiful venue we sat outside. Service was good until we ordered lunch for the 3 of us. Then 20 minutes later my pasta dish was delivered. 10 minutes after that my sons pasta dish was delivered. At that point I talked to the waitress asking why are we being served separately? She said she was sorry and went to expedite my wifes pasta. 15 minutes later my wifes pasta was delivered cold! I asked to talk to the manager and he took my wifes pasta off the bill and offered us an expedited dessert. Another 10 minutes later the waitress brought me the dessert menu. I had spent enough time here at this point and asked for the bill and left.

Pio was our excellent server extraordinaire. We were there celebrating my Aunt’s 90th birthday! Pio was very attentive and friendly! The food was outstanding too! What a treat! Thank you!

Not sure what happened to the dishes. Does it become italian if you soak the ingredients in olive oil? I’ve been coming here since its opening and today I had the most disappointing experience ever. When you advertise the dish as “grilled”, it better taste like “grilled” not boiled or pan-fried. I loved the experience Terra used to provide which is wood-grilled seafood/meat dishes but now it has all disappeared into the history.

The tomahawk took almost 2 hrs to come out. Meat quality was so bad. So disappointed. Won’t come back here.

We ordered chicken skewers- tiny morsels on a stick .. very bland Mozzarella and prosciutto plate was good Salad lacked any acid. Pasta came out cold and we sent it back. Our server Claire was phenomenal.. she nursed us through the entire experience we left her a hefty tip. But will not be dining there anytime soon. Best bite was the tiramisu.

Love love this gem of a place, the specials today were all about truffles and we enjoyed every bite. There is a reason why this is the real Italian favorite place. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
