We were seated immediately upon arrival, however our original seat was adjacent to an elevated bar with patrons basically yelling down on us. They did move us to a better table. Unfortunately the service handoff was handled very poorly. In addition, the new server didn’t introduce himself and we had to get out of our seat and go find him twice. Also, our food was delivered before our drinks. We would give zero stars for service if we could. On top of this, a mandatory 20% gratuity was added to our $200 bill. The food was actually pretty good, but we were very very disappointed in the service.

The setting is brilliant, and the staff was warm and attentive. Our problem was that for a $500 plus dinner, we were unimpressed. I had invited several friends and wanted to use the dinner as a thank you to them. The food was marginal......not so bad that you would send it back.......but not inspiring or noteworthy. I was disappointed.

It was my foret trip to Trump Hotels and first one for Terrace 16. I was celebrating my anniversary. The ambience was very soulful and quite for a couple. The server was very courteous and took care of our dietary requirements. At the last there was a small celebratory customised desert served. I absolutely enjoyed the ambiance and 5 star experience.

Restaurant should really consider changing their kids menu - staying at such a nice restaurant and serving a pizza bagel for kids and chicken nuggets that are not even real chicken is a little disappointing. We were also put in the back of the restaurant where the ambiance could be way better it looks like they have a bar back there that’s not used and looks almost like they just put tables back there randomly - little disappointing when we booked to sit in the actual dining area. We stay here often and hope to see them make the menu for kids a bit better and to focus on their back area since there where we have been eat the past two times we have came out
