Since our opening in 2008, Terrain Cafe grew naturally from a small coffee shop nestled in the store to a full-service restaurant offering seasonally inspired brunch, dinner, and beverage menus. Our dedicated culinary team works closely with purveyors to ethically source fresh, high-quality ingredients that lay the foundation for our nourishing dishes. Each cafe's unique and deliberately designed environment blurs the line between indoor and outdoor spaces, providing an inspiring dining experience every time. This specific cafe will always have unique roots, and we'll undoubtedly remain embedded in them as we grow.

Our patio is open for walk-ins only!

    We reserved a tent and it was awesome! You pay $35 for the tent but it’s a private enclosed outdoor space with a fire place! We were a party of 6 girlfriends and the private quiet space allowed us to catch up and have great conversations. The food was tasty - with unique ingredients that made each dish unique. And our server Zoe, was amazing, attentive and knowledgeable. It was a rainy night which made her job tough but she remained cheerful, like no big deal.

    A fabulous experience from start to finish. Nothing beats a holiday brunch at Terrain. The ambiance is unlike any other as well as the food!

    Food, drinks, and the ambiance were outstanding! One of our servers had a bit of an attitude that didn’t match the level of service I have come to find at Terrain. However, the food, atmosphere and good friends helped make up for the one less than stellar part of the evening.

    I have been to terrain cafe multiple times mostly at the Devon location. This was my first time at the Glen Mills location. I wanted to try something new and order the chicken pot pie. They were out of it and then my second and third choices were out also (pork tenderloin and salmon). I ended up getting the boneless short rib, it was good. I have had it before and but I wanted to try something new. I never got my water refilled throughout my visit. My mother ordered the scallops with the butter pasta. There was about 1/2 inch of butter at the bottom of the dish. She said her pasta was swimming in fat (butter). The drinks we ordered were good.

    Our table was in the back and it was cold and noisy because they were doing dishes right next to our table. The bartender blew on the marshmallow multiple times which is gross and unsanitary. Could have just waved it in the air to blowout flame. The food was very good but the table location was awful. They were short staffed and out of 3 entree entrees

    Loved Date Night. We came early so we could enjoy the shop. Lots of unique items, and decorated beautifully for the Christmas Season. ANG was a great server, and the team around her while she was serving outside filled in exactly when needed. A GREAT First visit! Highly recommended. Order was in quickly, and everything was delicious.
