Terres de Truffes Tokyo celebrates the beauty and refinement of the rare, mushroom-like truffle along with other French dishes in its elegant and contemporary restaurant. the poached egg with shiitake mushrooms topped with hollandaise sauce and the autumn truffle with scallop and sea urchin make excellent starters. Some of Terres de Truffes Tokyo�s specialty entr_es include the roasted potatoes with truffles and cream sauce, the roasted pork with green mustard sauce and the wagyu beef with black truffle and vegetables. For us, no visit to Tokyo is complete without a stop at Terres de Truffes, Tokyo near Gaiemmae station on the Ginza line. We write a review every couple of years as a sign of appreciation. We usually have lunch which is long and relaxed and wonderful. The manager Hosoyo-san is as professional, welcoming and accommodating as we have ever seen, even in Japan where service is extraordinary. The staff are great and there is always someone to help out with English if need be. This last time we were there 10 days ago, my wife had the 5 course lunch for 5000 yen and I had the 6 course for 10000 yen and they are both well worth it. There is a great selection of wines by the glass and the Kir Royale's to start were perfect. Each course is imaginative, presented well and delicious. Terres de Truffes has lost nothing in the transition to the new chef Nakamura-san which which sometimes happens. He is great. My wife will not let me rest if I don't single out AGAIN the dessert of vanilla ice cream with truffled caramel sauce which is elegant and decadent in every way. It is not inexpensive but there are many more places in Tokyo that will separate you from more of your money for half the meal. You won't be sorry if you give this Tokyo gem a try.

ナイフ、フォークはとても綺麗なものを支度していましたが、トリュフご飯に添えられた木製スプーンはとてもみすぼらしく、残念でした

子連れだったので個室を予約しトリュフを堪能しました。まず食事の説明、トリュフの説明、明瞭会計でとても心地よく過ごせました。 0歳児をベビーカーで連れていきましたがスタッフさんが段差を手伝ってくれたり子供に話し掛けて下さりとても和やかに食事を楽しめました。子供用の可愛いお化けのスプーンまで用意されており感激です。お食事はもちろん美味しかったです！サービス、食事、満足しました。

個室に案内いただき、落ち着いた雰囲気の中、素晴らしい食事ができました。スペシャリテのポテトには黒トリュフを、締めのごはんには白トリュフを追加していただき、堪能できました。
