Our reservation was for 7pm, we were not seated until 7:40, and that was after asking multiple times. The service was terrible. Had to ask our server to stop at the table to even get our drinks, or a simple water refill. Breads and sides would never have been brought had we not asked. Most meat was barely cooked, and some was raw and inedible. For the cost, it wasn’t worth it, and we won’t be back anymore.

Waited 45 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Parties who arrived well after us were seated first. We were not offered bread/mashed potatoes for table. Steaks came around very sparingly.

all was very good. only issue I have is that the Server brings some sides to the table too soon before you start to dine, and they get cold. I think they should be brought after you have gone to the buffet area and started your meal. the bar service was a little slow but not awful.

Reservation was pointless as we were seated 45 minutes after our reservation time, with no apology or explanation. I had indicated on the reservation that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Again, pointless as they didn’t acknowledge the special occasion although 2 other nearby tables had been acknowledged for birthdays by the wait staff. Didn’t receive the cheese bread or fries but the tables around had. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Overall, good food with non meat options at a good price. We will go back again. TIP- do not sit anywhere near the door in winter, you will freeze

We went on New Years Eve 2024. The building is nice. The food was decent. But the restaurant was literally freezing cold inside. I went out to my car to grab blankets. We weren’t the only patrons eating in our winter coats. Totally unacceptable. Mentioned several times to our server who had no explanation but said he would mention to the manager. After the 3rd time of complaining, our server seemed to avoid us. We finally asked to speak to the manager who had a very confusing explanation that the VIP area is very warm so the rest of the restaurant is cold. We could feel cold drafts consistently throughout dinner. It sure felt like the AC was running. Do not recommend eating here if the weather is cold. Had we known it was going to be such a miserable experience, we would have chosen anywhere but there to celebrate our New Year’s Eve. We also mentioned at the start and end that we were celebrating my birthday, which seemed to also fall on deaf ears. We drove an hour to eat here and had been looking forward to the experience.

I waited a long time for filet mignon, I think they should serve meat until you let them know after two or three turns what they are serving, they disappear and you have to wait and they bring more chicken and picana...

The temperature in the room was so cold that it made our New Year's celebration unpleasant. Staff said there was nothing that could be done. Side dishes didn't arrive until we were ready for dessert.
