My husband took me there for a birthday dinner. The only thing that went smoothly with my meal was my drink order. I had a simple order of a steak & shrimp combo. I requested my steak medium, a parmesan butter topping for the steak, mashed potatoes, & a caesar salad. When our food came out, it was brought by a food runner. I noticed there was no parmesan butter & asked him to get me some, which costs extra by the way. Then I realized there wasn't even shrimp on plate that I'm paying for in the combo meal. So when the food runner brought the parm butter, we told him about the shrimp missing. At this point, our server finally comes over to check on us. He apologized for the parm butter & said that my shrimp would be out shortly. After 2 issues, I was waiting for the shrimp to finally come out, I cut open my steak and it bled out, definitely not medium. So the server takes my steak & says they'll cook it more. When he took the original steak back, he took my mashed potatoes and steak knife with him. However since all the juices came out, there's no way it would be ok to re-heat. My husband tells the server to please prepare a new steak. Then the manager comes over to apologize & says she'll make sure my steak comes out how I ordered it. The new steak was smaller and overcooked. The manager watched me cut into it & apologized for it still not being ok. She offered to make me a new steak but after over 6 mistakes with an uncomplicated order for my birthday meal, I started to cry & went to the car while my husband waited for the check to pay for his meal & our drinks. After I went outside, the staff thought it would be a good idea to bring me a piece of cheesecake that my husband requested to take home & sing happy birthday to me after giving me the worst meal of my life. I never even got to eat more than a few bites of salad and some of the delayed shrimp. The ONLY saving grace was the manager. She took care of my meal while the server tried to make us pay for all of it
