The service was excellent. I came with some frozen ice cream in a cooler bag that I asked the waitress if it would be possible for her to put it in the freezer for us while we are and she complied with no problems. We really appreciated that extra kindness of them! 10/10 a great place to eat請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Lovely food and great service however there was an issue with one of our bowls. My Thai Curry was served in a cracked bowl so I found that it took away from my overall experience. Despite the fact the food was delicious and the service was good this issue was unacceptable I feel and it should have never had happened.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Absolutely appalling service for my husband's birthday at Thai Square Islington & 50 mins wait per course. Yet, the tall waiter with glasses kept going into the kitchen and coming out with his mouth full and eating food! The management of the restaurant should watch the CCTV for Saturday 3 Feb and they will see him with food obscenely gorged in his mouth. I have never ever been to a restaurant where the serving staff are eating whilst serving customers, it was absolutely revolting! Staff are unapologetic with their lacklustre attitude, literally talking amongst themselves and making no steps to apologise or rectify our missing food. Had to repeatedly raise the issue that we were still awaiting food items for our party. They made repeated mistakes in our order, forgetting many items - served main dishes without accompanying sides - then a wait of 40 mins for sides to arrive. Main dishes had to be re-made as they were now cold, a really diabolical performance from the staff at Thai Square Islington. The food was below standard & definitely not worth the money. Over seasoned and very salty, no consistency between identical mains - one was extremely dark, definitely way too much soy sauce the other very pale in colour. I was not going to pay the service charge as the experience was so underwhelming. However, the restaurant removed it themselves as they knew how appalling our meal and experience was. Would not recommend. Just awful and will never visit this restaurant again.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
