Take your next meal to new heights at The Aerie. Located on the 10th floor of The Cliff Lodge with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, this fine-dining locale offers food matched only by its views. Serving modern-American cuisine with artfully plated dishes that feature local, seasonal and organic ingredients, The Aerie will certainly provide an evening to remember.

The Aerie has an award-winning wine list with a robust selection featuring hundreds of options from vintners across the globe. Unsure where to start? Our in-house sommelier is on hand to assist.

For a more casual but equally elevated experience, enjoy après at The Aerie Lounge*. Offering a full bar, live music and a variety of food and drink specials, The Aerie Lounge is open nightly, year-round.

Reservations are recommended for The Aerie. Seating at the Aerie Lounge* is first-come, first-served and for those 21+ only.

The Aerie is available to reserve as an intimate party and banquet venue.

    Gorgeous restaurant. Friendly staff. Food and drink were slow to arrive. All of the dishes were delicious!

    Great service and nice ambiance, but the food was not good. We had the tuna crudo which tasted fishy and the lamb appetizer was just mushy lamb meat. The Tomahawk Ribeye was overcooked and not a great cut and not very tasty. Really wish the food was better!

    We had a wonderful dining experience thanks to Jackie! Highly recommend the lamb sugarcane appetizer and for entrees, the Bison tenderloin and elk tagliatelle. The creme fraiche cheesecake was amazing as well! Lovely atmosphere plus the Snowbird mountain view from the top floor can’t be missed!

    My husband loved his steak entree. I ordered the scallops appetizer as my entree along with a delicious blue cheese salad. It was humorous and disappointing to see that the scallops appetizer for $29 only had 2 scallops. For this price I was expecting a 3rd scallop. It was really good. I thought I was a getting deal on wine with a $35 bottle but I think it may have turned. Our server was very attentive and asked how it was. I would hope they wouldn’t serve a wine they knew was old. We love the Aerie and it’s always a treat to have dinner there. I do wish they would serve a burger there like they used to.

    Always enjoyed our meals at the aerie. Beautiful restaurant with well delivered food and price point very reasonable considering a captured audience! Wine list also good selection with not huge mark ups.

    The food is extremely overpriced for what it is. I ordered the green salad as a starter and it was just romaine lettuce with vinaigrette for 20 dollars.
