Unfassbar unfreundlich empfangen worden. Lustloser Auftritt der jungen Dame im Service bzw. beim Welcome eigentlich vollkommen Geschäftsschädigend. Sowas geht bei all den Touris tatsächlich nur in Berlin - wäre sonst nach einem halben Jahr das sichere Aus für so einen großen und intensiven Laden. Wir haben dieses Verhalten auch bei weiteren Gästen neben uns feststellen müssen. Schade

It was too cold inside. We had made a reservation and after 2 hours we were suddenly asked to leave the table because a Christmas party had reserved the table but we were not informed. We ourselves had our Christmas business meeting there We were there a year ago and had positive memories of it. Now the menu seemed smaller and there were no more impressive desserts. Also the service was bad.

Wir waren zum 1. Mal im The Alchemist und fanden die Bar wirklich schön. Wir durften uns ans Fenster setzen, dabei hatte man leider den Lichtkegel genau über sich, was etwas unangenehm war. Zudem war es zum entspannt unterhalten zu laut. Trotzdem war der Abend schön, die Atmosphäre gut und die Getränke beeindruckend :) sehr lecker fand ich den Lightbulb 👌🏽 wir hätten gerne noch etwas gesnackt, aber leider war die Küche bis dahin zu - möglicherweise könnte man neben den Drinks noch kleine Snackschalen anbieten. Aber alles in allem top und preislich auch im normalen Bereich!

Worst service ever. I do not recommend going as the ambiance is slow and the people are slow.

Leider hatte ich noch nie in meinem Leben so schlechte Bao Buns wie bei the Alchemist. Die Drinks waren eigentlich ganz gut, kann mich nicht beschweren. Die Kellner aber unfassbar verwirrt, kein Lächeln, all in all nicht wirklich gutes Service und ja das Essen.. unfassbar schlecht leider.

Es ist immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Drinks sind spektakulär und soooo lecker, könnten aber gerne etwas größer sein für die Preise ;-) Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker, auch wenn das ein oder andere eher eine Vorspeise ist, ohne als eine deklariert zu sein. Trotz allem ist es ein reines Vergnügen in schönem Ambiente dort und die Bedienungen sind alle super nett und aufmerksam. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)

Wenn man eine neue Experience fürs Auge und für den Gaumen haben möchte, dann fährt man mit den Cocktails von The Alchemist genau richtig. Für einen besonderen Abend ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ganz gut. Mich persönlich hat nur die Lautstärke der Musik gestört, da man sich kaum unterhalten konnte ohne zu schreien.

Put on a tiny table in the corner & the servers kept knocking into us to come past to other tables as really tight space. Don’t know why they did this as lots of other free tables. One server was nice and friendly. Drinks were fun with smoke but tasted awful. Food was fantastic Bao bun, buttermilk chicken, mozzarella sticks & tots. We were only there an hour & had to leave as the place was so hot it made us both feel sick, unbearable. Cocktails €13.50 each, food around €20 each for two choices.
